War Point April 6. 1790 Sir Captain Durbeck informs me that there was more months pay for the Detachment of Artillery Left at West Point — enclosed is a List of the Mens Names — and I beg you think Proper that I should pay them I have given M^r Henry Cunningham an Order to receive the Same — I am Sir The Honnoble Major Gen^l Knox Secret^y at War --- War Point April 8. 1793 — Sir I now present the returns of Ordanance & Quarter Masters Stores for the month of March 1793 — I had to employ M^r Morrow to do the work to the Carriage which you directed, from the last day — but have not yet his Acct yet, but I am know that and the One for making the Camp Kettles hopefuly Shortly — I informed you in my last that I had sent for Lieut Adams but he was not athene — therefore you see the necessity of sending for some others, as the agt for Brig Genl Craike & Parke there who is now here — I am Sir The Honnoble Major Gen^l Knox Secret^y at War --- West Point Jober 8 1790 Sir M^r James Morrow has made his Acct for mending the Carriage making the Seven Horses and the Handier Camp Kettles which is here enclosed — There is an Israelite Jedien here by the Name of Christian Welpe he came here last January and went away in March without permission — he has now returned again and informs me that agn this time I have been again — he [undecipherable] have [undecipherable] I [undecipherable] the position — I have [undecipherable] to give him again upon our Stores —
