War Point April 6. 1790 Sir Captain Diedrick informs me that there was more months pay for the Detachment of Artillery Left at West Point. Enclosed is a List of the Mens Names and Pray you think Proper that I Should pay them I have given M^r Henry Cunningham an Order to receive the Same — I am Sir The Honorable Major Gen^l Knox Sec^y at War — War Point April 8. 1790 Sir I now forward the returns of Ordnance & Quarter Master Stores for the month of March 1790. I had to employ M^r Morrison to do the Work to the Carriages which you directed, towards the last days, but have not yet his rect yet but will have that and the one for making the Camp Kettle hoppers Shortly.
