I should have been at an utter loss to have known what accounts were wanting in the case between you & Col^t Ogden of Col^t Conway had not a few minutes since accidentally called at the Office — The accounts you allude to Col^t Conway informs me are respecting the stoppages made from the men in 1776 of the 1. Reg^t & which is supposed to have been rec^d by Col^t Ogden — Col^t Ogden has not filed any account of that nature with me or my predecessor, he stands charged in the Books of this Office
