I have received your favour of the 18th of Nov last and now enclose Aaron Swellands receipt agreeable to your request. —
I will thank you to inform me whether the short calculations you mention are in the amount which were reduced by the scale of depreciation or in those on which the specie pay was calculated upon the services agreeably to the resolution of Congress of 28 Decr 1799 —
If the errors are of considerable amount I shall esteem it a favor if you will furnish me with a list of them. I have the honor to be Yrs
