Massachusetts Reg^t as examined and ballanced by M^r Swan and have approved of his Statement of them — And find there is due from you to the United States the sum of two hundred and eighty one and ⁹⁰/₁₀₀ dollars Specie — It is my desire that all accounts of this nature may be closed as Speedily as possible, I therefore wish that you would forward the balance to me in cash or bills on this place as soon as you conveniently can.
