I did not receive your favor of the 29th untile after the post which brought it had returned therefore I could not answer by that post.
I will depend on your arrangements respecting the money, and shall feel the pleasure of seeing you previous to my departure as I have wait for you I have the satisfaction — Yesterday of announcing to you yesterday the ratification of Virginia — hope Bass is with you before this time
