Reports on attacks by Wabash Indians on Lieutenant Spear's party. Expressed hope that recruiting efforts will bring good men. Hopes that clothing can be furnished soldiers. Discusses the hiring of armorers at Fort Pitt. Makes mention of the land company, the Ohio Company of Associates.
