I have just time to acknowledge the favor of yours of the 27th ultimo, and also the receipt of the two Cows.
I wrote you on Sunday respecting the french packet, and the expense of Hampstead. I shall be very happy to render every assitance in my power.
I go tomorrow to Philadelphia and shall return in about 7 days.
