Description

Letter, describes recruiting service; discusses Pennsylvania recruiting quota. Knox asks that Commissioned Officers be appointed to the quota of Pennsylvania conforming to resolve of Congress of 10 November. If Captain Zeigler receives reappointment, hopes that Council will make him advances for the recruits.
