Dear Sir
The receipts for Col. Havards Certificate with your letters of the 8th & 14th Instant are now before me — I find by the Returns of Prisoners that Doct. Humphrey Fullerton was exchanged the 26 August 1778 — As the Claim of Rev. Mr Harris does not come under the notice of this Office I Shall present Col. Walker with the Certificate in his favour and your letter — Capt. Willing was Settled with at the Treasury as was also Mr Slick but I believe none of the Men ever received a Settlement —
I am Sir Your Obt
