Havard's Certificate with your letters of the 5^th & 14^th Instant are now before me — I find by the Returns of Prisoners that Doct. Humphrey Fullerton was exchanged the 26 August 1778. As the Claim of Dan^l M^cMorris does not come under the notice of this Office I shall present Col. Walker with the Certificate in his favour and your letter — Cap^t.
