I avail myself the pleasure to write you in the 11th Inst. to which I beg leave to refer. I forgot to mention a Circumstance respecting Mr Harris's certificates that there is some endorsement necessary on the back of each Order to make them acceptable by this State. the Gentleman of the office are acquainted with the nature of it, which I request you to have done if not too late. I hope you will have it in your power to forward them before the next Month whenever the owners will be shut out here.
