I received yours the 4th Inst. and am very sorry to see that They Accounts cannot be closed, I for what reason I cannot tell — I have spoke to Col. Miller he told me that all the Charges against him were paid and that it was impossible to have taken receipts as the Prices could not with the bill on Their March [undecipherable] ask for Money this he will testify. So, if it is in your power to hurry on the affair, I shall always be thankful
