No part of Col Combs Reg^t was considered as part the quota of Connecticut after the first of January 1781, [undecipherable] a part of Col Sheltons Reg^t [undecipherable] considered as of the Line of said State [undecipherable] the first of January 1781. By the [undecipherable] commencement of service, you will find the [undecipherable] when the men were considered as belonging the Connecticut Line. I do not find that the State has settled at any person belonging to Col Cranes Reg^t.
