why I wrote to him. The papers relative to Mr Abernay
business are all with the Board, and they are without
any doubt sensible of the necessity of their being sent
forward to Mr Pierce. I suppose I need not therefore but
them in mind of it by asking the Question whether
they are gone or not. —— Thank [undecipherable] the
Certif:cates for [undecipherable] as I have already wrote you &
have had occasion to fill three [undecipherable] since which are
done — The business of the Office goes on as usual without
any difficulties hitherto — I expect to Morrows Post will
bring letters from Mr Pierce. I shall acquaint you with
every thing that may be necessary —
