Agreeable to the request contained in your letter of the 18th March I enclose you the accounts Current and the recruiting acts of Captain Savage allotted to the note on the accounts in my hand writing shew the two recruits as they appear in the Musters & 23313/90 dollars in specie was deducted from his account of Deficit as the Balance due to the United States
