By this conveyance you will receive the warrants drawn in favor of Capt John Watts, and which are now paid by me, there will also go by the same post the whole amounts of the Corps, settled by me, which must be borrowed from the war office, that such Copies may be taken as will answer for the purpose of settling and closing the accounts in the books of any office
