I am Informed that there are some mistakes in the Settlement made by Capt. Benj Dunlee at your office on examining the accounts of Col. John L. Dunlee my late Husband now deceased, and that you have allowed the Pay Table of this state not to allow the State Notes ordered in my favour for the seven Years half pay, until the Mistakes is rectified I am in consequence of your judgment I request the Notes which the Assembly granted, Therefore desire this favour of an explanation of the matter and if any
