I am informed that there were some mistakes in the settlement made by Capt. Benj. Dunbar at your office on viewing the accounts of Col. John Dunbar my late Husband now deceased, and that you have denyed the Pay Table of this State not to give the State Notes ordered in my favour for the seven Years half Pay, untill the Mistakes is rectified am in consequence of your Judgement I request the Notes which the assembly granted, I therefore desire this favour of an explanation of the matter and if any
