Agreeable to your Letter of February 23 1787 — I have paid Mr James & Roman Allen to the Amount of two hundred and twenty eight pounds. And herein enclose his Account of the Articles fold thereof, with the twenty two pounds he had in Pensylvania, makes the sum of two hundred and fifty pounds new York Currency, the Amount of this Account for repairing and [undecipherable: Cleaning] our Arms and stands of Arms for the United States, at four Shillings each —
