I have to inform you that your claim should have been presented to this office before the 1 Augt 1786 ageable to a resolution of Congress directing that all army Claims made by that day or be forever after excluded, this resolution prevents me from granting your request and Supersedes the Necessity of Searching the account of the Regiment
