Office of Army Accounts New York Aug 4^th 1787 Sir I do myself the Honour to Inclose a Copy of the Accounts Current and my Reports of the Pay due a Detachment of the 2^nd U.S. Regiment late under the Command of Col^o Henry Jackson and also the Pay due a Federal Corps of Artillery under the Command of Capt.
