War Office 14th Aprile 1787 Sir Agreably to my intimation to you on the 11th Inftant. I know transfmits to you the Commifsions for yourself and Officers, which are dated the 20th of October 1786. Notwithftanding that the troops are disbanded by the Act of Congrefs of the 9th inst. which was tranfmitted you on the 11th The Commif-sions may be fatisfactory and hereafter useful to your Officers.
