In answer to which I must inform you, that it [undecipherable] best that you deliver over your papers to the [undecipherable] Officer. I do not know how the matter will come [into?] the hands of the State Officers, whether immediately [undecipherable] [undecipherable] there have [undecipherable] us as [soon?] as possible, and [will?] [undecipherable] your [influence?] in obtaining them for me.
