March 8 1787 Copied 8 New York March 8. 1787 Sir You will oblige me and the public, by forwarding your deposition, in which you shall state every circumstance relating to the certificate of four hundred & eighty Doll which was presented at your office for the [undecipherable] in which I wish you to insert the time when it was presented - the name of the person who presented it, the place where belonged and a particular description of the person.
