The Uniform. — Cavalry — Helmets, white horse hair. — Blue cloaks & capes — short blue coats, round shirts, scarlet lapells, cuffs, and Standing cape, white buttons. — White vests with a belt, and no flaps — Leather breeches and boots — Artillery — Hats cocked — yellow trimmings — Coats blue, scarlet lapells, cuffs & standing cape; length of the coat to reach to the knees, Scarlet lining, and yellow buttons Rifle Corps — Hats round, white band & loop, a stripe of bear skin to run across the crown — Coats blue, short round shirts, the Lapells, cuffs & cape the same with the cavalry, and in addition scarlet wings on the shoulders, and a margin of [undecipherable]. the width of the lapells to be continued from the termination of the lower part of the lapells, round the whole. a scarlet rose on the hips, in which three scarlet cords, leading from the bottom suit white, white buttons. and lining — Their vests white; no flaps, but a belt at the lower [undecipherable].
