I am now ready to deliver the Certificate for the balance of Pay and Gratuity due to Prince Manning amounting to 90 ⁶/₉₀ dollars as soon as an Order from him is forwarded for that purpose the Certificates for his Pay for the years 1780 1781 & 1782 have been given to the Agents of the line which if he has not received may still be with M^r Nicholson.
