H W Jr Blair an agent for the Jersey Line has returned into your office for any other state office the certificates that he received from me which remained unissued by him to the individuals you will oblige me by searching for certificate No 22652 issued in favor of Jarvis Bloomfield for one funded and nineteen dollars which I find I hae issued by mistake the asame not being due. If it is in your hands I wish you to make such a memorandum on the same that it may be returned to me for which I will give my receipt but if W Bloomfield has already received ityouwill oblige me by informing me if its that I may recover the amount from him. H W Blair has not settled his accounts or returned in his certificates you will oblige me by forwarding this letter to him.
