Price has contracted thirty cords of wood thus far and sends an estimate for wood for the winter, anticipating higher prices. Price arranged an inspection of barrels of powder which were in New Windsor and has made a return. He encloses a return of ordnance and quartermasters stores. Mr. Morrow has been discharged.
