Dear Sir

Yours respecting, Hontour’s pay has been attended to. I have made out his claim for commutation and am ready to deliver the certificate to Doctor Craige argueably to your request when he (indecipherable) for it in a copy of the account I now enclose, his further claims must be prefered to ( indecipherable because the resolve of Decmeber 31 1718 deranges all officers not reported by the them Secretary at War and who did not belong to the line of a particular state. Gen Irvines certificate I shall deliever to Doctor Craigee.
