Your Letter of the 24 July being received I have attended to its inclosures. your Account of expenses I do not know what to advise you concerning; my instructions are of such a Nature that I cannot take them up. and I do not know the Office that has a proper Authority to do it.
The Certificate by Samuel Townsend as A C P comes properly before Mr Milligan. those by Mr Teed for Townsend as A S agent comes properly before Mr Patterson as the State Auditor.
