Your Letter of the 24 July being received I have attended to its inclosures. your Account of expences I do not know what to advise you concerning, my instructions are of such a Nature that I cannot take them up. and I do not Know the Office that has a proper Authority to do it.
The Certificate by Samuel Townsend as A C P comes properly before Mr Millegan. those by Mr Teed for Townsend as A S agent comes properly before Mr Eatoneus the State Auditor.
