I beg Commissionⁿ to settling the accounts of the money to whom was referred the petition of Julius [undecipherable], beg leave to report. that First Elias [undecipherable] drew the Paymaster to the [undecipherable] in articles, [undecipherable] belonging, drawn from the in our [undecipherable] artillery [undecipherable], the sum of two hundred [undecipherable] [undecipherable] on [undecipherable] the Williams was [undecipherable] [strikethrough: [undecipherable]] First, the said sum on [undecipherable] allotment of his accounts as paymaster will [undecipherable] cap^t [undecipherable] is in [undecipherable] of [undecipherable] [undecipherable], and returned [undecipherable] [undecipherable] [undecipherable]lent the sum [undecipherable] and returned in [undecipherable] [undecipherable]ening [undecipherable] D$ [undecipherable] as the Baltimore [undecipherable] [undecipherable] to [undecipherable]. First McD[undecipherable]lores passed to [undecipherable] and the remainder of the said sum of 411 Dolls or paid to [undecipherable] the counters [undecipherable] found that [undecipherable] received it.
