He Settled the Accounts for the year 1781 of 23 Officers & 517 Men for the year 1782 of 36 Officers & 693 Men for the year 1783 of 36 Officers & 687 Men & the Commutation and gratuity. he received from and in March 1784 Certificates for the Non Commissioned Officers & privates amounting to 199.054⁷⁰ Dollars and in May & June afterwards to the Amount of 27.290⁹⁰ Dollars. he drew his pay in the Regiment to the 2^d of November 1783. his Enlistment was as a Captain to the 1^st of July 1789. the privates, when he held Certificates to distribute in one of the years were about 165 Canadians, 120 Pennsylvanians, 24 Men belonging to [undecipherable] 22 to the States of Massachusetts, 46 Connecticut, 75 to Delaware, 9 to N^o Jersey, 37 to Maryland, 17 to N.
