C. Officers & Privates amounting to 199.058 [undecipherable] — and in May & June afterwards to the amount of [undecipherable] $27,690 — he draws last pay in the regiment to the 9^th day of Nov. 83 [undecipherable] last salaries [undecipherable] as [a] Captain [undecipherable] to the [undecipherable] day [of] July 1784 — the [undecipherable] for whom he had [undecipherable] certificates to [undecipherable] [undecipherable] — about 163 Canadians, 120 Pennsylvanians, [undecipherable] men belonging to Rhode[undecipherable], the same number belonging to the State of Massachusetts — [undecipherable] Connecticut — 75 Delaware — 9 [undecipherable] New Jersey — 37 & Maryland — [undecipherable] the United [undecipherable] about 10 [undecipherable] [undecipherable] died and belong to every State — about the first of April last he settled his [undecipherable] [undecipherable] [undecipherable] obtained up to [undecipherable] $25,864 — [undecipherable] in [undecipherable] [undecipherable] certificates which remains in his hands and [undecipherable] in [undecipherable] [a more?] [undecipherable] sufficiently [undecipherable] of his [undecipherable] [undecipherable] that it is [conjectured?] that he has been [undecipherable] [undecipherable] and [undecipherable] [undecipherable] issued orders which have been [presented?] to him [undecipherable: signature]
