His other payments ought to have passed thro the Departmts

to which they respectively belong and I am at a loss what judgment to pass upon them.

        By Colonel Blount I send you orders drawn by

the Treasury on the Receiver of the continental taxes for your state in favor of the Officers of the Line agreeable to the List inclosed to you in my letter of the 10th Instant amounting to Thirteen thousand three hundred & sixty seven dollars 34/90, the receipts for which on your payment I wish you to transmit me to this Office.
