Army Comm^rs Office Detroit 7^th June 1786 Sir, I have received a Letter from General Heath informing me that the certificate N^o 35,807 has been presented you for payment of the Interest — that register on account of its not carrying indorsement with the printed Copies of any certificates furnished you by the Board of Treasury. I have reexamined that number and find the interest to commence from the 1^st January 1783 agreeably to the face of the certificate — you will therefore please to alter the Interest of that number in the Register from 1^st Decem^r 1784 to the 1^st Janu^y 1783.
