Walker who was an aid to the Commander in Chief is now appointed to settle those accounts, he will therefore attend to you at any time you may when you think proper and give any assistance I can be give you I will to with cheerfulness — I conclude that you have neither money or stores to account for and that therefore your account made out & and sworn, and an order for compensation, to receive your ballance will be sufficient without your personal attendance application to the Commissioner.
