Dear Sir,
I have to acknowledged the receipt of your several favors covering your accounts and the intimates of the [undecipherable] pay still due the fund. The information you [undecipherable] by Mr White causes me not to send on a gent[leman] from my office as I proposed. the expenses which [you] shall [incur] in consequence of having charge of these Papers I shall endeavor to have refunded.
