The Widow of James Wilsons application to me, and her peculiar situation made me anxious that part of your letter of 1^st April in^r relative thereto Before I have time to furnish the other business for your Office, and for the delay of which my extreme hurry must be my apology to M^r Prince — Wilson was of Captain Patterson's Comp^y of the old 42^d — afterwards when the 10^th 2 &c were incorporated he came into Cap^t Christie's Comp^y and continued in the 3^d Reg^t until he was Disst- may 1781 — I am D^r J^no Nicholson.
