New York April 20, 1786 [left margin notation] I do herewith the Honor to enclose the accounts of Capt. of [undecipherable] Bushnell who for his services as [undecipherable] the Corps of Sappers & Miners and Artificers, Pontons Agents & [undecipherable] Corps — the former of these gent [undecipherable] settled his accounts to about 100 Officers and received on the 8 March 1800 from the 80 certificates amounting 632.966 being the allowances for the Corps from the War 880 Dollars for he accounted for the ten officers on the 24 July [undecipherable] and delivered us his remaining certificates into his hands — this gentleman has has shown his way from us as a Continier up to 3^d Nov. 1783. and his who is leave to 1 April 1784. [undecipherable] settled the accounts of [undecipherable] 8 March 1800 and 600 the 11 [undecipherable] a Africa Corner — has received from early 362 the pay of the note for which was the 90 [undecipherable] has certificates amounting to 1900.99 [undecipherable] has settled his accounts fifty was [undecipherable] this 6 June 1888 and have delivered to send the certificates also in acceded to his hands — his pay from since as [undecipherable] to 15 Nov. 1783 on which leave for the same [undecipherable] to 1 May. 1784.
