The board of Treasury being about to open the Warrant for your pay for attending the Agent of the late Invalid Regiment, I have made application to them to suspend it untill you are able to give satisfaction respecting the signment that you told me you had never signed the order in your favor for their Certificates the you have drawn the same from one on this supposition — you are requested therefore to come to the Board as soon as possible, and give them your account of this transaction —
