Your several letters with their enclosures have been received — The Certificate retained from your Se accounts unsettled is ready to be delivered to you on your order — As the expence attending a personal application would be as much as the Certificate is worth you may draw an order on John Pierce Esqr Blfond in my favor, and on my obtaining the Certificate will send it to you as soon as a good conveyance will offer, or deliver it to whom you may please to direct —
