On The [undecipherable] of [undecipherable] last I wrote you that a sum of money was appeared to [be tendered] to your account which is not covered by the regimental pay; I afterwards sent you [of which?] for [undecipherable] of that letter, none of which neither have been answered, by you — I found also that Mr. [Dill Viers] is in the same situation having two thousand Dolls charged [undecipherable: A [undecipherable] the [undecipherable]] to [bear] which neither he or you had [undecipherable] in your [undecipherable] when you drew the balance.
