West Point 4^th Jan^y 1786 — 30 Sir Sergt Dale has returned from fort Putnam and brought the inclosed Return from Sergt Hudson — but it not being take the pains I sent him with your Instructions I have drawn them off and inclosed them with two — And I have forwarded by the Post to Sergt Hudson for a Copy of each of the inclosed for him to make the Iden by — As there is frequent application to Purchase the frame Buildings here, if the [undecipherable] has not Disposed of them I Could wish to know the time when they will be sold that I may give them Notice — I received a Letter yesterday from A[undecipherable] informing me that he had sent [undecipherable] vessels. Only [one] has Arrived as yet.
