Inclosed is an act of Congress bmitting the claims of the army, which you will please to insert in your paper for Six months Successively, and forward your charge for the Same which I will pay you, — as the Subject is interesting to many individuals I wish you to acknowledge the receipt of this letter and Signify your willingness to comply with it. and I desire also that you would give the intelligence the most extensive circulation thro' your State —
