My Dear Sir
In consequence of your letter to me of the 23d Ulto I have in this letter enclosed you the certificate I received from Gen White, it being in favor of [undecipherable] Erasmus Gill for fourteen hundred Eighty two Dols [undecipherable]/90 on Interest from Jany 1. 1782, dated September 23. 1783 and signed by Jos. Nourse Register. which certificate when received I will thank you to acknowledge.
