Dear Sir
I inclose you duplicate Letters to Robert Dill, who once acted as Paymaster to the Canadian Regiment commanded by Cols Moses Rogers, [undecipherable] who I am informed is now a Surveyor in some part of the State of Pennsylvania, and that you or some of the gentlemen in Office at Philadelphia will be able to get a letter to him — I have for this reason taken the liberty to trouble you with them, and to request you to send [strikethrough: said] them by different hands that at least one may reach him, which will be an obligation to the public as well as to your
