Agreeable to your Letter of ye 3d May last, to have two thousand of your Casks made — Contracted with Mr Daniel Munson & Co of New Hough to make one thousand at ten Shillings for Cash, — the Condition of payment as follows, upon the delivery of the whole, that one half of the money should be paid at the War Office in New York, and the other half in thirty days from that date —
For one thousand powder Casks Received that will Contain fifty pounds of powder each, at ten Shillings for Cash, you will please to pay unto Mr Daniel Munson & Co the Sum of fifty pounds money upon application, and fifty pounds like money in thirty days from that date, agreeable to your directions in the Letter above mentioned
