On board the Sloop Sally Capt Bird I have shiped two hogsheads and One Barrell to your address, agreeable to Orders received from the Secretary at War— they contain three hundred and thirty woolen Waistcoats, and One hundred and ninety two pairs of woolen Breeches— from what I have on hand I have endeavoured to forward the best— The Breeches I am fearful will in general be too small for Men— Should that be the case on information thereof [undecipherable] [undecipherable] order for an additional supply of large ones and send them on—
