Philad:delphia June 19. 1785 Dear Sir A Week ago I arrived at Norths, and yesterday at this place — I found your friend there will — as it is the [undecipherable] of Congress that I should close this [undecipherable] request you to Substantje for the accounts to be brought in — for a particular period when the business under me is to be closed, and then transmit the me, a full and clear stating of the whole settlement and accounts with your vouchers — after which period it may happen and will they will apply to any new whose Congress shall sit — it will be necessary for you to give this information in the public papers, where your Account as any [undecipherable] the fees of solicitation Agent will answer — your Office has been here for some time, and you can better determine than myself what time would be reasonable to run for its doing.
